Our Ministry Staff

Bro T.J. is a "southern transplant" who originally hails from upstate New York.  He was licensed to the Gospel Ministry in 2003 and ordained in 2005.  He began his work in the ministry in 2000 as a youth minister, and has served as the lead pastor of three area churches prior to coming to Seasons.  He currently serves as our Lead Pastor.

Bro T.J. is a 20-year Air Force retiree, holds a Masters degree in Information Systems, and works from home full-time as a Sr. Client Services Manager, supporting a major hospital system in Memphis, TN.  He and his wife, Michelle, have three grown children and they reside in Prattville with their 4 dogs and 2 crazy cats.

Bro Will is an Alabama native, born and raised in Abbeville, AL.  He began serving in the Church in 2000 as a Youth Pastor, while attending the Baptist College of Florida. He served in the Marine Corps from 2003-2012, and during this time he served in various capacities in the churches where he found himself stationed. In 2018, Will, his 

Bro Will is an Alabama native, born and raised in Abbeville, AL.  He began serving in the Church in 2000 as a Youth Pastor, while attending the Baptist College of Florida. He served in the Marine Corps from 2003-2012, and during this time he served in various capacities in the churches where he found himself stationed. In 2018, Will, his wife Kari and their two children, Mackenzie and Liam, returned home to Alabama from Baltimore, MD. 

Bro Will began serving as the Worship Pastor of Seasons in October of 2019 and took on the mantle of Youth Pastor in February 2021. Will has a passion for Worship and Youth ministry, and holds a special place in his heart for Men’s Ministry.  He was licensed and ordained into the Gospel Ministry in 2022.

This is a paid (bi-vocational) staff position and requires a candidate to lead youth-focused, biblically based lessons one night a week; planning and executing events & outings for the group; as well as spending time building relationships with our students during the week.

It is preferred that our Youth Director will attend Seasons Church

It is preferred that our Youth Director will attend Seasons Church in order to cultivate connections with parents and teenagers within and outside of our church, especially where opportunity presents itself to those who may not have a place they regularly worship and who are seeking a home church.

Michelle serves as our Children's Ministry Director and our administrative assistant.  She provides oversight of all ministries affecting our youngest attenders and handles the administrative tasks at the church to include bulletins, managing the prayer team, and scheduling building rentals.  She has three grown children, is an accomplish
