Rev T.J. Conwell, Lead Pastor

Pastor T.J. is a "southern transplant" who hails from Troy, New York.  He was licensed into the Gospel Ministry in 2003 and ordained in 2005 through Trinity Baptist Church in Wichita Falls, Texas.  He began his work in the ministry in early 2000 as a youth pastor and has gratefully served as the lead pastor of three churches in Alabama prior to coming to Seasons.  Bro TJ is a passionate messenger of God's Word and refuses to compromise it's application to cater to society's comfort.

He is also a 20-year Air Force retiree, holds a master's degree in information systems, has played drums for over 40 years, and works remotely as the Director of Legacy Support supporting a major hospital system in Indianapolis, IN.  He and his wife, Michelle, are the proud parents of three grown children and they reside in Deatsville with their 4 lovable dogs and 2 crazy cats.

Marc and Tanya (TJ) are a dynamic duo and make beautiful music together.  Between the two of them, they have over 50 years making music and playing various instruments. 

Marc has a passion for music theory, composition, and expression.  Outside of music, he has a wealth of experience ranging from automotive repair, heavy equipment operation, and cell phone assembly line production to owning his own business teaching music lessons.  He currently serves as the Bench Stock Program Manager on Maxwell AFB. 

Tanya served in the Air Force for 22 years and has a passion for adult education and completed her master's degree in adult education in 2011.  She is a certified instructional systems designer, creating curriculum and evaluating its effectiveness.  After almost 30 years in government service, she now enjoys managing the homestead and caring for their 2 horses, 3 dogs, and 5 cats.
